My name is Christena. I have two dogs right now. One is a service dog who is going to retire soon, my other is my service dog in training. She will help me with Mobility tasks, psychiatric tasks, seizure alert and response and do some guide work as I cannot see well either. I set this up to get with getting their food, vet bills, and service dog gear. Sassie is growing so fast that I am going through her vests like crazy, and I can’t take her out to train (in my opinion I like my dogs to wear their vest while training and working, not all handlers do this) If I do not have a vest that will fit her, also I live in ahot climate and she is going to go thru boots like crazy since she is still a pup. I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you.

Watson’s harness FINALLY came!! And it actually fits! It seems that it’s actually a small, rather than a medium, but that’s awesome because he can use it! I wasn’t expecting a patch on it, that was a pleasant surprise. Turns out it belonged to another handler acquaintance of mine before, as well. A friend of mine has now referred to it as “The Sisterhood of the Travelling Harness.”
It’s a little loose in the chest, but it doesn’t really seem to bother him too much, so I’m not too concerned about it. I’m so excited! It’s so well made!

Anybody know what kind of SDiT access Virginia or North Carolina have? Tennessee isn’t very good with SDiT unless it’s guide dogs or program dogs, so I don’t want to break any laws with Watson, but I want to train with him. I’m super close to the borders of those states and if they aren’t restrictive against SDiTs, I’d love to train Watson there some, especially in restaurants or something. Anyone live there who could help me out? Or who could at least interpret the laws for me?

My mom found a bunch of pictures of her old spoo from when she was a kid. His name was Chuckie. I can’t wait until Watson grows up like him in the first pic. He’s a blue so his color is a little different, but I still can’t wait. <3 Poodle love.
It’s hard to see in the picture of him against the tree, but he had won second place in whatever competition he was competing in at the time. He was 4 1/2 months old when these pictures were taken, on October 9, 1977, except for the bottom right. He was 8 weeks in that picture.
